Step One
Discovery
To plan and build the best website for you or your business we will first need to get to know you. During the initial stages you will be sent a questionnaire to complete, it can be quite a task but don’t worry it doesn’t have to be filled out in one sitting! The reason for this is that you’re the expert on what you do and who you do it for. Our job here is to shape that knowledge and apply it to the web.
Don’t worry, throughout this process we will be able to offer assistance if needed and with our experience, we can share as much information as possible to guide in your creating the perfect website! This will be the most tedious step for you, after that we will hit the ground running while you kick back and relax!
Step Two
Strategy
This step will include you providing us with any page titles, your copywriting (any words you want to use), and imagery, including your logo if you have one. From there we will create a rough idea for the blue print of your site which allows us to document functionally and establish an idea of what your users will need where.
Remember there are laws restricting copying some media from the internet. This can’t be done without permission from the owner!
Step Three
Creative Design
The point in the project that everyone looks forward to most is design. This phase is when we begin to see all of our design strategy work come to life as polished design concepts that we share with you throughout the process to provide formative feedback and make any course corrections along the way.
With planning well under way, we begin exploring ways to bring your brand online by working with colour palettes, typography and textures.
Step Four
Build & Test
Once everyone is on board we begin to build and test the project. This phase allows everyone to experience a fully functional design and address concerns before we polish everything off in preparation for deployment.
We host the beta website on a private development server allowing you time to experience the working prototype before rolling out the new website to the public. This opportunity allows us to put the website through final testing and address any bugs.
As each page is finished in draft form, you'll be sent the link and we can revise it to your requirements (the number of revisions is dependent on the package you selected)
Once you're happy, we'll prepare the site to go live and submit it to Google (by doing basic SEO, if applicable).
Step Five
Launch
We migrate the new website to the production server and run it through its paces during our multi-platform user testing. In some cases, websites may behave differently from one server to another depending on variables such as server configuration or pre-installed software. During our launch process, we run through a pre-launch checklist to ensure everything is configured correctly and running smoothly.
YOU'RE LIVE!
Now you can leave the website alone, blog or you make use of all the additional functionality available to you.

Manage & Grow
Many people believe a design project is finished after step five, but not us!
After your website is deployed, we monitor performance through the initial launch period with tools like Google Analytics. The analytics data help us understand how visitors are engaging with the new web design and how the website is performing in organic search so that we can ensure it’s reaching its full potential.
